We built it to taste like your favorite pineapple tart — just without the crash. After dozens of tests, we landed on five ingredients that hit that same magic.

THE ART OF THE TEASE

SLOW-ROASTED, TWICE

Cashews are roasted in two stages — first to release their oils, second to prime the texture. The blend only works if the base is warm, nutty, and ready to hold a tease.

COOL BEFORE THE GRIND

Cashews can’t handle heat when blending — one degree too far, and you lose the magic. We let them cool down, rest, and only grind once the temperature is exactly where it needs to be.

ONE CHANCE TO GRIND

Cashew is a creamy nut — too easy to ruin, too fast to forgive. We hit it once with precision, so the texture lands right without ever turning oily or thin.

FRUIT IT RIGHT

We use two types of pineapple: freeze-dried juice for flavor, and freeze-dried cubes for chew. That’s why the tartness pops, but the texture stays playful — sharp meets soft, like every good tease.
